PMSing is bad, but sometimes ovulation is worse. When I was in a big IBS-D phase, my worst diarrhea attacks came every month when I was ovulating. Now, I get very nauseous and lose my appetite for days when I ovulate. You may have a hormonal imbalance or it may simply be that your IBS cannot take the hormonal changes.
