I have an ED too!! Afraid all the foods will hurt me. Don't know what to eat or drink. Can't get the stupid FODMAP bad foods out of my head, plus all the EFI bad foods, plus all the "safe" foods are individual too. What can I eat/drink? I'm starving to death and still hurting and so anxiou and stessed all day over food and supplements and drinks. And I am still in so much pain and not pooping right.
