I did read online that having constipation/spasms can press on the nerves. I am also keeping a symptom and food diary since I'm seeing a definite pattern between my monthly cycle and symptoms. Some weeks I'm totally symptom free and other weeks I'm a mess all day and night -------------------- IBS-C, gas & bloating ---------------------- Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
