As far as SFS, I have tried psyllium (never:), acacia (not Heather's - had alot of gas) and Citrucel, which was the best for me. I used the Citrucel for about 3 years and then stopped as they discontinued the smoothie mix, which for me was the best. The choices now are simply with sugar and with artificial sweetener. I tried the sugar one but, it has artificial colors and I really hated the orange flavor;) But, for me that was the best. Will check out your post on the recipe forum. -------------------- IBS-D.
