Hi Lisa - Oh dear - I am so sorry you are dealing with this - yes, have had it too - not fun.

Looks like you are really doing just about everything there is to address your problem - certainly time is a factor in just allowing it to heal - the only other suggestion Ihave which may not even be any better than what you are already doing is to add Calmoseptine - which was helpful to me, but with all you are doing now, it may just be overkill, or not even as good - here is info, just in case - hope you feel better soon!
