DayQuil / NyQuil - Abdominal Pain?

For the past few days, I've been taking DayQuil and Nyquil to help get over a cough and cold. I've been having more pronounced abdominal pain and stomach pain since. Initially, I thought that it was due to a couple of pasta meals I had, but the pain still persists a few days later and I'm still taking the medicine. I've also been more constipated.

Could it be some or one of the ingredients/inactive ingredients? I've posted the list below.

I supposedly have fructose malabsorption, although I've not been able to see any changes by adjusting my diet. But, it seems clear that those meds have an impact on my symptoms somehow.

Inactive Ingredients
D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Blue No. 1, gelatin, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, povidone, propylene glycol, purified water, sorbitol special, titanium dioxide
