question re FODMAPs and juicing

As everyone knows, getting enough vegetables can be challenging for those sensitive to insoluble fiber.

I have been juicing vegetables (not fruits) as a way of trying to up my veg intake without all that IF.

However, I have also determined that I benefit from following a FODMAPs diet. Even though when I juice vegetables, I use only "FODMAPs friendly" vegetables, I am wondering if this could still be problematic.

This might be because even the "FODMAPs friendly" vegetables contain the rapidly fermentable sugars that the FODMAPs diet seeks to eliminate. They simply contain less of them. However, because juicing is a concentrated way of consuming vegetables, I may still be taking in large amounts of the FODMAPs sugars when I juice.

Any thoughts?

Chris
