Brown rice pasta may or may not be safe for you. It is something you will have to try.

Some brands add brown rice bran to increase the amount of insoluble fiber. Processing does not change the nature of insoluble fiber.

Also, the amount of fiber given on the label depends on the serving size. It is best to figure out the percentage of fiber in a serving. What is the name of the brand of pasta you are wondering about?
