Brown rice pasta question       09/03/12 10:38 AM Edit Reply Quote KayKay Reged: 08/31/12 Posts: 12 I'm just starting this diet and eat a gluten free diet.Would brown rice pasta have too much insoluble fiber or does the processing make it okay?
