Hi ladies,

This past weekend I made a stupid mistake...my mom brought me a cake for my birthday and here the stupid thing had cream for icing. Interestingly it has been probably 3 years since I had any and didn't realize what it was!!!!

Anyway, I had SUCH a bad attack on Saturday/Sunday I thought I maybe had an infection or something. The doctor actually said I must be having a bad IBS attack. So, I ate broth etc for a few days.

Now, I still have lots of pain when going to the bathroom and by the evening my bowel seems to be very irritated. Should I go back to broth/white breads until this clears up? I tried having some veggies two evenings ago and was in agony.

Thanks for any advice.
