Question for Heather       08/10/12 10:23 AM Edit Reply Quote berky Reged: 06/26/03 Posts: 171 Loc: New York state HI Heather- I've used your method of controlling IBS for myself and hubby for years and it works well. However, the doctor has told my husband his triglycerides are high and suggested a low fat/low carb diet. To me this means not eating bread,rice, potatoes, etc-the soluble fiber we need to keep IBS in check. Any suggestions of how to do both?
