Even though I am taking the precautions as outlined below, I suddenly had a number of motions and had to think of an alternate plan.

I have started now on Mebeverine 135 mg (3 times a day). It has given me some relief but not complete. That's probably due to the lentils I take. But I cannot afford to reduce that since I am a vegetarian. Please inform me if anyone has tried this medicine and whether it proved beneficial.
