? about hot flashes       01/12/04 06:22 AM Edit Reply Quote Bourget Reged: 07/16/03 Posts: 45 Loc: Ontario, Canada HI all, I haven't been here in a while. Things were going really great for me...but the past 2 weeks, I havent' been able to sleep because I"ve been having such bad hot flashes. I noticed a "routine" when I have these hot flashes, my IBS-D acts up. Sure enough, this morning I woke up with bad stomach pain. I'm wondering what the link is? And what exactly are hot flashes...and how can I fix them? By the end of the flashes I was wearing literally nothing, my body coudln't make up its mind whether it was hot or cold.
