I can relate to your problems with protein. I dread eating it everyday. But I do force myself to eat it - turkey, chicken or canned salmon. I "wolf" it down with potatoes, rice or pasta. I give myself a time limit of 15 to 20 minutes to eat it and if any is left after 20 minutes, I throw it away and start fresh the next day. I have protein with my lunch only. I realize this is not a healthy way to eat but I think better than no protein with any meal. Of course I also get some protein from other foods.
