Mouth lesions / gingivitis / stomatitis

Whenever I go through the following cycle of loose motions and constipation, I have developed painful mouth lesions.

I had a week of loose motions. Then I had immodium. Still I had about 4 motions a day.



I use a mouth wash "Eludril" at present. Please, can someone advise me on how to break this cycle of painful mouth lesions recurring?
