Presumably you have reduced you insoluble fiber consumption too. If you still have problems then you might read the first two links in my signature for information on a clinically tested dietary approach for managing functional GI disorder symptoms like IBS. I have using the FODMAP approach along with Heather's diet for a few years with reasonably good success. The FODMAP approach is designed specifically to reduce bloating and gas.
