Digestive Enzymes       02/27/12 03:31 PM Edit Reply Quote Didem Reged: 02/27/12 Posts: 5 Hello Everyone, I recently took a food allergy test and turns out I'm mildly allergic to all meat and soy products on top of IBS-D. My naturopath suggested that since I can't seem to digest meats so well my problem could be a digestive enzyme deficiency and she gave me supplements. I've been taking them once or twice a day with meals and so far it's going alright. I wanted to ask if any of you have any experience with digestive enzymes. Any help/info would be much appreciated.
