Just to let you know about Gas-x, only 1 of their products has antacid in it. As long as you don't buy the one that says "antacid" on it, it is pure Simethicone, which is not an antacid at all. I actually would recommend Mylanta Gas instead though, not only is it pure simethicone, but the inactive ingredients are better (no dyes, artificial sweeteners etc).
