Indeed, thanks, but pls bear in mind that this article indicates that some foods are low in fibre overall, they may still be high in IF, which some IBSers have trouble with. And there are some foods which are high in fibre overall yet should be fine on account of a high SF content (e.g.cooked oatmeal from rolled oats.)

Lots of SF on its own is fine for IBS sufferers.
IF>SF is when potential problems arise.

Having said that a little IF on its own without SF, e.g. eating 1 tbsp (15g) of sweet corn on its own, which has around 0.5g of fibre but all IF won't cause me any problems. (but may be trouble for some sufferers)

[I've tried VSL#3 -> I could tolerate v good amounts of IF (even with less SF), it worked great (but overall I find it too expensive)]
