IBS safe gluten free flours

I recently found out I need to eat gluten and soy free. The obvious safe flours are rice, corn and potato. Many years ago I remember (hopefully correctly) that quinoa, brown rice and oatmeal are more easily tolerated whole grains, which they make in flour for GF baking. What about others, like buckwheat, sorghum, millet, and coconut? Has anyone with IBS-D and gluten free had luck with these flours?
