I don't know where to post, it was either here of the living room, but I just want to say THANK YOU to Marcia for being in my opinion so brave for sharing her story. It made me want to cry because I see me in the old you. I do not care for myself one bit, never have, never had a woman role model to look up to (all the women in my family have food/body image issues). So not taking care of myself especially in regards to IBS, what I am doing today trying to recover from a morning attack. You give me hope and I am printing off you letter as a reminder that I can do this! Take care!
