Im a little confused. I read that sourdough or french white bread are "safe" soluble fiber breads. I've been stocking up on a brand this naturpath told me is safe....)LaBrea daily made "white sourdough", but I just noticed it s first ingredient is wheat flour! is this "safe"???? thanks!
