Shelgirl, I am not sure how much this means, but I was reading a magazine and Dr. Oz was stating that there is some merit to this type of diet. He did not go into full endorsement mode, but kind of said there are parts of every diet that work. He said some parts of the diet worked for him. You could always give it a quick try and if there is no improvement then toss it. I doubt that a short experimentation will kill you!
