What are the ingredients in the brand you are looking at?

I have a package of Cloverleaf imitation crab that I cannot eat. It contains

Pollock, and/or whiting, water, liquid sorbitol , sugar, wheat starch, calcium carbonate, salt, mirin (rice, water, sake yeast, sugar, salt), modified corn starch, dry egg whites, artificial crab flavour, potassium chloride, sodium phosphates, colour

Sorbitol - an artifical sweetener - is a known trigger. Also, some people have trouble artifical flavours/colors.
