I am just trying to double check whether the following flour tortillas are a safe item to eat. They are Mission Carb Balance Flour Tortillas. Here are the ingredients;
Water, modified food stach, enriched bleached wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), vital wheat gluten, powdered cellulose, vegetable shortening (interesterified soybean oil, hydrogenated soybean oil and/or palm oil), wheat protein isolate (wheat gluten, lactic acid, sufite), and contains 2% or less of: salt, leavening (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate and/or sodium acid pyrophosphate, calcium sulfate), cellulose gum, perservatives (calcium propionate, sorbic acid and/or citric acid), distilled monglycerides, enzymes, wheat starch, calcium carbonate, antioxidents (topherols, ascorbic acid), natural flavors, sunflower oil, sucralose, canola oil, triglycerides, dough conditioners (fumaric acid, sodium metabisulfate, and/or mom and diglycerides). Contains: Wheat

Appreciate the help in determining safety.
