Constipation advice needed!

Hi everyone! I have had IBS A (mainly D) for very long time now. I have recently gone off zoloft and am experiencing the worst withdrawal! It's been almost 2 months now, and my stomach is still a complete mess. I normally have constipation once or twice a year, but am now experiencing it on a weekly basis! On the other days I am either normal or have loose/excessive bowel movements.

I need advice on how I should be eating for constipation. I know what to eat when I have D attack, but this is new to me. I know Heather advises we follow the same diet for both IBS-D and IBS-C, but are there any foods I should be eating/avoiding while constipated? Has anyone found any foods that are safe but help with constipation? Also, are there any foods that make it worse? I have been eating mostly soluble fiber and haven't been too sure about protein (like turkey), does it help or hurt?

Thank you so much!
