I wasn't sure about the fiber cross over. As for the crap content. I am almost completely housebound and spend most of the day in bed. That is the only thing I can manage to eat in the middle of the day so I'll deal with it and enjoy every crappy delicious bite. -------------------- IBS-C Started out of the blue end of May 2010.
