possible alternative to melatonin to consider       09/19/11 09:56 PM Edit Reply Quote Marilyn Reged: 05/02/03 Posts: 1372 For some reason melatonin used to really bother me, made me feel agitated - but in reading this, I can see where I may have had the wrong dose/type.
