I think I will stay with the lower dose for now as I am sleeping (a wonderful thing) with that. I am not taking the sublingual but regular so we'll see if it does anything for the IBS symptoms as the days continue. I really hate to up the dose as it says in the article to take just what is needed, etc...and there are side effects for higher doses, etc...Is it your understanding that melatonin is a "temporary" thing to take or can it be taken indefinitely?? -------------------- IBS-D.
