The Beano I have listed the following ingredients: Alpha-galactosidase enyzme, colloidal silicon dioxide, gelatin, magnesium stearate, mannitol, micro-crystaline cellulose and starch.
On the CVS web site they list the other ingredients as cellulose gel, mannitol, invertase, potato starch, magnesium stearate, colloidal silica, gelatin.
Wheat is not an obvious ingredient. However, the CVS web site says "Contains: Cod, flounder, redfish, wheat. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, ask a doctor before use."
