I have read the posts here on digestive enzymes and the general consensus is that maybe Beano has some redeeming value (for some people that is). My question is has anyone had problems with using them? I swear I GET heartburn from taking them, but, yet everything I read here and online just touts them as the wonder drug and that they can't cause any problems???? My doctor continues to highly recommend I take them. Anyone??
