Guess that makes sense. But no other source on FODMAPs has ever mentioned cherries as fructose heavy, hence my surprise.

As for fructans, even for me, who appears quite sensitive, there is a tolerable amount and wheat is by the far the most annoying culprit, rye and barley are much more suitable:

[I've tried VSL#3 -> I could tolerate v good amounts of IF (even with less SF), it worked great (but overall I find it too expensive)]
