A way I cook for IBS       07/19/11 09:17 AM Edit Reply Quote bamalakegirl30 Reged: 10/23/09 Posts: 102 Loc: Alabama I dont know if anyone has mentioned this before, but I wanted to share with you all something I use for cooking that hellps to cut out using oil. Last year I purchased a Nuwave Oven. It's an infrared oven that cooks items fresh or frozen and much quicker than a regular oven. You can literally take a frozen chicken breast and put it in and have it cooked in about 15-20 minutes. If it's already thawed it's even quicker. I use it so I don't have to sautee in oil. You can even cook a whole chicken in it. You can cook other things as well including vegetables. I sometimes make meat and veggie packets in there as well. It's also great in the summer because it doesn't heat up the kitchen like an oven does. -------------------- When all else fails.....have tea. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
