It makes it very difficult to figure out what I ate that is causing the problem. I am having a bit of trouble last night/this morning and am trying to figure out what is causing it, because I ate safely yesterday except for some onion/chard/tomatoes mixed into a fish stew I made, which I can generally tolerate as long as I eat it with a larger portion of rice. Perhaps it's going back another day to some chicken I ate with mashed potatoes and green beans. Ugh, how to know? -------------------- IBS-C Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
