I have noticed that sometimes when I eat a food that my stomach does not always react the day I eat it but the next day.

This is quite common. IBS is a disorder of the colon or large intestine not the stomach. It takes a 2-3 hours for food to reach the colon and then it can take 20-30 hours for it to pass through the colon. It isn't unusual for food that you ate many hours or day or two earlier to cause problems.

What are the ingredients in chicken strips?
