This question sounds stupid even to me, but... I just got the peppermint oil caps - says to take on an empty stomach 1-3 times a day. These days I can only eat a very little at a time, so I get hungry & need to eat something every 2-3 hours or I get shaky due to hypoglycemia. I have no issues with heartburn. How long between meals is your stomach considered empty ? Thanks !!
