I have been so sick for the last month - just finished the last test (colonoscopy) and diagnosed with IBS - found this site 2 days ago. This morning I bought the fennel tea bags, with hope - but not really looking forward to the drink - its fennel, not my idea of "normal" tea! Hmm, it smelled - well like fennel, so I thru in a fennel bag & a camomile bag, 1 packet of sugar, steeped then poured on ice - not bad. BUT - withing 30 minutes pain EASED up !! That was this morning - had a piece of turkey breast a bit of pasta & some mixed fruit for lunch ( using the guide) and at this moment, I have NO pain. NO pain ??? I can't remember the last time I had no pain. I am so thrilled I have tears running down my face as I type this.
