Do you peel you zucchini and carrots before cooking?

You ate a lot of berries yesterday which contain a lot of insoluble fiber. This could be part of the problem.

Also, you say you are stressed. Stress can make IBS symptoms worse. Stress and too much insoluble fiber could have been part of the reason for the bad tummy day.
