I am actually optimistic from what I have read that with the right changes this may actually work for me. I do have random questions though to help me get started, but I will try to list most of them separately. Important question for me though is how safe is peanut butter (creamy) it wasn't really touched on? Also I saw where you could use non-fat salad dressings, but what about balsamic vinegerette instead. Is this good or bad?
