Blueberries, like other berries, contain a small amount of xylitol (which, in higher amounts may be problematic in FM), however, berries are usually considered to be more on the safe side in FM. But probably more importantly, blueberry concentrate is likely sweetened; if food label lists fructose, HFCS, sorbitol, xylitol, maltitol, mannitol, sugar alcohols or polyols, it may be problematic in FM. If it only say "sugars", then, who knows...
