Lobster/Crab Meat Safe?       05/29/11 09:13 PM Edit Reply Quote hudlander Reged: 09/26/10 Posts: 198 Just curious if lobster/crab meat is considered IBS safe. Moreover, should you avoid certain part of it, like with chicken we IBSers must avoid thigh/dark meat. Shouldwe eat only lobster tail/claws and avoid the green stuff and with crabs, avoid the yellow stuff or is it all good!? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
