I have a powerful sweet tooth, and believed that Splenda, in moderation, was my best option. I am learning about the FODMAP diet and how terrible fructose and sucrose can be for us, so, I'm thinking, "Isn't Splenda the lesser of many evils?". I have such a terribly restricted diet, with hypoglycemia, GERD, high cholestrol, IBS and Celiac, that I feel like I would go totally nuts if I couldn't use Splenda. Help??? Be Blessed, karen
