University is stressful for me too. I have just recently accepted the fact that stress is playing a big role in my episodes. I have one anywhere from once every week to once a month. The more calm and optimistic I can remain, the longer I go in between episodes. What do you do to tone down the stress? I just started Mike's hypnotherapy. I think I'm a prime candidate for this. By the way, Modulon is only available in Canada so don't expect a lot of other responses. I have tried in the past and then realized this. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
