i am guessing that fructans are not the problem since i eat bread every day (either sourdough or french)...usually toasted without anything else for breakfast..
it caused me the symptoms with AND without the vegenaise/bread combined with the tuna...
so if it's the gastrocolic thing..do u think this might get better the more times i try tuna or can it just flare up like that with anything that is actually considered a safe food?..thanks so much!
