canned tuna fish in spring water....not safe?       05/14/11 08:10 PM Edit Reply Quote skh Reged: 08/05/09 Posts: 151 everytime i eat it i am having cramping...i ate it on french bread with Vegenaise..slight cramps so i wasn't sure if it was just the vegenaise..i've eaten it several times with either french bread without the vegenaise or with a few chips...today i just ate a can plain and sure enough...cramps...why wouldn't the bread have elimated any problem with it? i need simple things to eat and was hoping this would be something i can handle...???...thanks...
