My first question is about hemp milk I have been drinking from trader joes. It seems ok to me but just making sure-
filtered water, hemp seed base(filtered water, shelled whole hemp seed, brownrice syrup, sodium phosphate, xantham gum, calcium phosphate, vitamin a palmitate, riboflavin. 130 cal, 5 grams fat, 0grams fiber,35% calcium, 13 grams sugar in 1 cup.
Also, I know most of you drink rice milk. Trader JOes rice milk has oils in it. In this website I just read that you should avoid rice milks with oils in them. Is this true even if the fat content is less than 25%. I often have trouble with the rice milk maybe that is why. What brands do you all buy without oils? Thank you
