Well, when my D was at it's worse, I was DEFINATELY stuck....on the toilet!!!! Hours and hours and hours long...no way I'm going anywhere at that time.
Yup, had the spasms, bloating, cramps and all of C as well...for many years actually. Maternity clothing was the order of the day in order to get dressed for work, doubled over in agony....but at least it was not running down my legs....that is where I draw the line at attending events and no doubt everyone else is glad that I do....
We all have our limits and make our choices as to our comfort level in public, but for me the D has hindered me far more than the C ever did in that regard.
