Groan . . .
Seven hours ago I made a pig of myself. (Why am I confessing this? I have no idea.)
I have been SOOOO good and starting to feel, well, not too bad. To "celebrate," I had an ADB. With canned frosting. Okay, that's not too awful, right? Well, it was so good, and I enjoyed it SOOO much, I had ANOTHER! I knew what I was doing, but I couldn't stop myself.
I went to bed and tossed and turned and groaned and moaned and drove my husband crazy. Finally, I just got up and came in the living room, still groaning, holding my head, and about ready to vomit. I'm very nauseated, had a fantastic BM, but still nauseated.
Here I am, 1:00 a.m., all alone, can't sleep, doubled over with nausea, suffering -- I know, I know, I deserve it all -- why do we do this to ourselves? (Please don't tell me I'm the only one who does this -- PUH-LEEZE!) It's just that it's so unfair -- I might as well have had a pork chop!
