Thanks I will bring this up to my physician, however, i think if this Lactulose test was really invalid and had the data to support that then they wouldn't even be doing the test on me. Im getting it done at one of Seattle's best hospitals and they actually do GI research there (no IBS studies though). (Also I can only see the abstract, where can i read the whole paper?)
