My husband and I were at Subway last night and I always get Lay's baked chips to go with my sub. I noticed that Lay's had another type of chip called Lay's Light Original Potato Chips. They don't have any fat and only 75 calories per serving. They are made with some kind of olestra oil. I don't know anything about that and never heard of it before and I was wondering if these could be safe to eat especially since there is no fat. Here is the link for the chips.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

Thanks!
